Common questions
St. Pete metro: same-day if you book before noon (small same-day fee applies). Otherwise next-day or scheduled. Tampa, Largo, Clearwater: usually next-day.
Helpful but not required. If the items are accessible (driveway, garage with code, side yard), we can pick up while you're at work. We'll text photos before and after.
Yes — there's a $30 state disposal fee per mattress (Florida charges us when we drop them off). Add it in the quote tool so it's transparent.
$40 add-on per appliance. We have to take freon items to a certified disposal facility — we can't dump them at the regular landfill. Add the option in the quote tool.
$25 per flight. Most jobs are first-floor or one flight, so it's rarely a big factor. Add the stairs option in the quote tool.
Yes — if it's still usable, we drop it at Goodwill, Habitat ReStore, or local women's/family shelters. Tell us at booking if there's something specific you want donated vs. trashed.
