Two trades. One truck. One St. Pete crew.
I'm Ryan. I started this company in 2023 because I watched my neighbors get quoted $1,500 for a job a fair contractor would charge $400 for. Junk removal shouldn't be a high-pressure sales pitch. A fence shouldn't take three weeks to even get a quote on. I built this business to fix both of those problems.

Why two trades?
The truth is, fence and hauling aren't two trades — they're the same trade with two different jobs. When I install a new fence, the customer almost always has the old one to deal with. When someone calls for junk removal, it's often because they're moving — and they need a truck either way. So I bought the truck once, hired the crew once, and stopped asking customers to call two companies for what should be one visit.
What I won't do
- I won't tell you a price after the truck is in your driveway. Anyone who does is using your sunk-cost guilt against you. We give you a price range online, before you book.
- I won't pad the bill with surprise fees. Fuel surcharge, dump fee, "stairs fee," "extra-heavy fee" — none of that. The number you see is the number you pay.
- I won't pressure you on add-ons during the job. If we see something extra, we tell you what it costs. You decide. We won't sneak it onto the invoice.
- I won't disappear after the deposit. Some fence companies take 50% upfront and ghost you for a month. We don't ask for any deposit on jobs under $2k. On bigger jobs, deposit only after the materials are ordered and you've seen the receipt.
What I will do
- Show up on time. 2-hour arrival window, never the "between 8 and 5" trick. We text you when we're 30 minutes out.
- Confirm the price before we start. Crew lead walks the job with you, locks in the exact number from your online range, and only then do we lift a finger.
- Donate or recycle 60%+ of what we haul. Goodwill, Habitat ReStore, women's shelters. Metal scrap. Wood mulch. Concrete to recycling. The landfill is the last stop, not the first.
- Treat your home like my mom's. Respect, low voices, no leaving boot prints on your porch, no bro-shouting across the yard.
The crew
It's me, plus two full-time guys: Brandon and Andres. All three of us are insured under the company, drug-tested, and background-checked. We're a small crew on purpose — small enough that you'll always know who's showing up, and there's no one on the truck I haven't personally trained.
"My pricing is honest because I have to look these customers in the eye at the grocery store. The number on the invoice is the number we'd charge our own mom."
Built solid. Hauled clean.
That's the whole company in four words. If we install your fence, it's plumb, it's level, the post depth is right, and it'll outlast a yard tree. If we haul your stuff away, the truck leaves with all of it, broom-clean, and what can be recycled or donated will be. That's the deal. No upsells, no upcharges, no "while we're here" surprises.
