What's included

Everything from the property survey to the broom-clean finish.

  • Permit pulled. St. Pete (and HOA) handled by us. We wait for the inspection and meet the inspector ourselves.
  • Property line check. We confirm setback rules and survey markers before we dig. No "the neighbor moved my fence" surprises.
  • 811 underground locate. Free, but mandatory and a hassle. We file it, wait the 48 hours, and avoid the gas line.
  • Concrete-set posts. 36-inch depth, sand-and-gravel base, concrete collar. None of the "set in dirt" hack jobs.
  • Old fence hauled away. Same day. Same truck. One bill. Most companies charge separately. We don't.
  • Broom-clean finish. Yard left as we found it (minus the old fence). Concrete and dirt removed.

Vinyl privacy fence install in St. Pete

Common questions

Most residential installs are 1–3 days of on-site work, but the calendar timeline is 2–3 weeks from your "go" because we have to pull the permit (3–5 business days), do the 811 underground locate (mandatory 48-hour wait), and order materials.

Yes. St. Petersburg requires a permit for any fence over 4 feet (and HOAs often have their own approval process on top). We pull it, schedule the inspection, and meet the inspector. The $95 permit fee is on your quote.

Vinyl and aluminum hold up well — properly set posts handle 100mph winds. Wood is more vulnerable to flying debris. We can install hurricane-rated vinyl panels (a slight upgrade) on coastal lots. Honest answer: nothing is 100% — but a properly installed fence with concrete-set posts will outlast a yard tree.

Yes — same day, same crew, same truck. Add it as an option in the quote tool ($8–$14/ft for haul-away). Most fence companies charge separately or make you call a junk hauler. We're both, in one visit.

We've worked with most St. Pete HOAs and we'll prep the architectural review form for your signature. Just give us your HOA contact info when you book.

1-year workmanship warranty on the install (we come fix it free). Vinyl carries a 30-year manufacturer warranty, aluminum 25 years, wood is "lifetime against rot for pressure-treated" but realistically 12–18 years before it needs replacing in Florida.
